IAG, a leading mergers and acquisitions company representing small to medium sized privately held companies, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, a Multi-Media Systems Company.
IAG announced today that it has sold a Multi-Media Systems Company in Texas. The previous owner had listed with IAG in September of 2011 to start the process of selling the business. IAG was able to successfully match the Industry Buyer with the Multi-Media Company and less than 9 months later the transactions were well under way. Once the buyer was approved via the SBA and terms were agreed upon, the sale was finalized.
The Audio Visual Multi-Media Company is based in Texas and was established in 1952. This extremely dedicated company thrives on meeting the design, engineering, analysis and implementation challenges that their clients encounter. They present technically advanced multi-media systems that serve as a benchmark of excellence in the Audio Visual Industry and thousands of Fortune 500 Companies, Small Businesses and Government agencies choose them for their depth, experience, and integrity. Their mission is to build long-term customer relationships by providing the latest AV technology combined with the highest quality design, installation, and service that exceed their customers' expectations. Some of their specialties include: Design and Installation of AV Systems, Ongoing Support Services and Project Management, Emergency Operations Center Design and Installation, Post-sale Training and Maintenance Support, System Integration, Custom Programming and Interface Design.
IAG provided a business valuation and confidential business review through a third party valuation team, so that the current business owner could know what his company was worth at fair market value and could then be more informed when dealing with potential buyers. IAG also advertised the business and its assets through various merger and acquisition websites, as well as going through its own database of buyers to see if there was a possible deal to be made. IAG worked diligently to assess the specific selling needs of the previous owner and in a short amount of time was able to provide the Audio Visual Multi-Media Company with a proper inside buyer. The Audio Visual Company was pleased to know that they would not be sacrificing any expertise or company values in the new ownership and both parties were pleased with the transactions.
