IAG, a leading mergers and acquisitions company representing small and medium-sized privately held companies, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Nick’s Custom Boots to a private individual investor.
The recently sold boot maker is a leading provider of standard and custom made boots for emergency personnel and the logging industry. From initial signing with IAG to the closing of the transaction was only 14 months. As Jason Hullender, VP of Acquisitions, explains, "We realized that Nick’s Boots was suited as either an add-on to an existing product line or a sale to an individual investor/operator. We proceeded down both paths to maximize the opportunities for a sale for our client."
